Thanks to friend Kate, who passed along this image shared by Impro Melbourne (on Facebook, Twitter, web).

To some extent, this also reminds me of some of the servant-leader practices. From Kent M. Keith’s Key Practices of Servant Leadership, Keith lists –

  • self-awareness
  • listening
  • changing the pyramid
  • developing your colleagues
  • coaching, not controlling
  • unleashing the energy and intelligence of others
  • foresight

– and while there are other characterizations of a servant-leader, Keith’s came to mind.
